A Champagne house from France comes to Hõlm Restaurant
Imagine you’re in France.
A long summer evening, the table is set and there’s champagne in your glass. A dish arrives, you take the first bite. A moment later, a sip of champagne – and the flavours come together.
This is the kind of evening waiting for you on 5 June at Hõlm Restaurant.
The Champagne dinner is held in collaboration with Champagne Philippe Gonet. During the evening, a 5-course menu will be served, with each dish paired with a specific champagne.
The evening is accompanied by live music, and a representative of the Champagne house will introduce the selection and speak about each champagne (in English).
