A dish arrives at the table, cava is poured into your glass, and as the evening unfolds, music and light accompany you throughout. Each course has its own mood, and the entire evening is designed to be enjoyed. This is what awaits you at Restaurant Hõlm on 21 October.
At the heart of the evening is Celler Kripta – the crown jewel of cava. For this special occasion, the Hõlm kitchen has created an exclusive menu, with each course paired with a carefully selected Celler Kripta cava.
Music and light are an integral part of the dinner, complementing both the dishes and the mood of the evening. Music will be provided by DJ Lauri Kepler.
